Why put eggs in the fridge ? there is no reason whatsoever, they last long time and you'll end up eating them way before they go off. People only fridge them because the fridge companies put an egg tray in the fridge then "sheeple" just follow LOL

I never put any dressing in my salads.

I've always roasted turnips and love them. I just this week roasted red radishes and they are delicious too. The only downside is the costs. Potatoes are cheap. Radishes not so much. The poor have fewer options to go keto. I'm single so it's easier for me but if I had a family to feed I don't think I could afford it.

When I go to thailand, my wife, daughters, and family eat rice 8 times per day. I can't share my time without eating the food they eat. I like to do keto in the US and then gain weight and eat whatever I want when I stay abroad. I LOVE YOUR RECIPES

I made these as a test run, instead of putting them in a baking dish, I put them in a silicone muffin tray, worked out great, nice bite size, so tomorrow, I have a picnic/bonfire party I am attending and plan on making a bunch of these in muffin form

Great recipe. But goodness gracious, this could have been summed up in a 2 minute video. I had it on 2x speed, and skipped parts and still it was too much talking. And a colon pill advert, too? My god.

These look great, thank you for sharing them and show how ice can be used to thicken instead of bananas. For banana taste I add LorAnn flavourings just a drop.

Tip for parchment paper. Put water a little bit and spread it all around the dish that you were going to use then put parchment paper in and press it in then you don’t have to use your spray oil but spray the paper.
